• Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private IDs, or supplier secrets through the public form.
• Send only the project details needed to evaluate the sourcing route.
• We may keep request context so follow-up conversations are not a scavenger hunt.

When data may be shared

We may share relevant project details with sourcing, inspection, freight, or supplier contacts only when needed to evaluate or fulfill a request. We do not sell personal contact information.

Updates and deletion

You can ask us to correct or delete your request information by emailing hello@chinahomesource.com. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, operational, or dispute reasons.
